The hip has been putting me out of action for weeks at a time. I rode today though, very windy.

Back in the Saddle

I went riding this weekend and I haven't in a long time. Some of you might remember that my bike broke and I sold it, then a hip injury curtailed my riding indefinitely. My doctor advised me to get exercise on that muscle so I decided to ride. So I miss my nice setup a lot but my single pass on the bike trail was nice.

My hip's fixed and I might be riding again before too long, I'll keep you posted.

Update

My dad has been riding a lot so I've been trying to support that, and I'm considering buying a canted road bike.

Looks like My political commentator has stopped politic-ing, and twisted off from blogger. I was thinking of starting a blog more oriented towards My personal life but I don't think it would have much substance, and I've been struggling to keep these two going. Yes blogger is still a priority of Mine. ;-)
