Update

I haven't rode recently at all I did have a heart felt talk with My new friend Pat about cycling. Mainly not being in the physical condition to complete goals in cycling, and I guess I did more bike riding this summer than someone. He I guess, is a recreational rider and I am a recreational rider who occasionally day tours as it stands now. It's not that I wouldn't like to go further with it but right now My health isn't good enough, and He shared those sentiments.
Hopefully I get the chance to ride with him anyways, since My last post I've moved so you'll see Me post less content without internet access of My own. Also since I have no place to store My bikes the move hasn't been good for Me as a cyclist all together, and will make riding tough. I poked around the leaders park project and a lot of progress has been made there, well until next time.

I did a long ride today to get My mind off things. The wind was really blowing so I rode inside the city, which meant a lot of car dodging. I got the ride and the extension done, but it wasn't to fun with the cold weather and 5:00 traffic. I'm 200mi from needing a new chain, but this is probably the last long ride of the season. the stats: 2:11 11.9avg 26miles 30max

I've been neglecting My log I went on two separate rides; I rode out to the battleship memorial an through downtown, that ride was 9 miles. My second was My standard bike trail ride which was 22 miles, & ran into rush hour. I almost got hit once recently by a guy texting, I sure wish they would get this extensive bike trail project finished.
