Yesterday I rode the Lewis & Clark, Yankton trail system,
Yankton is one of the most boring places on planet earth in My opinion. Also I've decided not to plague you with high water pics,
I never liked high waters when I was in the underground. Also they've been showing them on weather channel an such.
This isn't from the bike ride.
I rode past this wedding, or dress rehearsal if you look closely you can see the bride. At one time I wanted to get married at this location, I won't get into the eccentricity of the last woman I was involved with. After awhile I threw the idea out as too lame, on the way back it looked like the wedding was over.
This place is full of memory's of times spent with My cousin which I was close to & his family. As I grew into an adult or rather didn't grow into an adult, he started a family and I continued to use drugs. So now a days I can kind of lament at My bad decision making back then as I have a splintered relationship with My family & no family of My own. This picture shows Me getting into the seedy underbelly of Yankton and a few minutes after this I grinded My gears really bad.
This pic is of a bridge that was closed for safety reasons and that's a good thing.
I did get lost on this ride kind of bad, to complete the Yankton trail system you have to ride down main street. Here is another one of those rattle canned trail markers like I saw in Iowa. Stats: time 1:45
