Hill workout

"Ride My way in" I guess I didn't take that seriously when I read it, in any case I've made My return to mapmyride.com. This is a ride I mapped out last year, it kicked My butt I almost fell off My bike at the top of the second one.





A couple things to note; I would load up on carbs before hand and protein afterwards, this is a good ride to do on the weekend as rice St. is heavily traveled by dump trucks.
Even though I joined mapmyride.com again I'm not planning on doing to much highwayman stuff Myself this summer or the workout log either for that matter. The season like last year will mainly be about burning fat for Me.
