More stationary miles today, I think I have a small crush on the receptionist at My health club oddly enough she was wearing makeup today to. Some eyeliner, guess I'm not the only one missing sleep today I had one solid attack(simulated) at :30 minutes which I was able to keep up for seven minutes. Pretty pathedic really however it brought the pace of the rest of the ride up which is where I get the 111whatts average. About 76 rpm, in addition the jersey made things better I felt really heavy today. I also saw a girl from high school that I used to party with a little in My sorted past, She chose to get alot of ink and I almost did that too.
